Interactions with MDLive are conveyed to BowTie Medical to insure accurate and complete medical information in our systems.
BowTie Medical registers your employees with MDLive. Soon after their coverage with BowTie Medical goes into effect, your members will receive two emails from MDLive. The first email confirms that they are registered and that MDLive is using a working email for them. The second email explains the services available to them.
